Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a pack of credits. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every video costs real GPU time, so you pay before it is made. If a video fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
How much does one video cost?
Each video is paid once: $9.90 for 40 credits, $19.90 for 100 credits or $49.00 for 270 credits. No subscription and no automatic renewal. The price is shown on each effect before you pay.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. We never see your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller (checkout shows “Sold through Link”) and adds any sales tax or VAT due where you live; the charge appears on your statement under the name shown at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits used for a finished video cannot. See the refund policy.
